«The location of this hotel is unbeatable. Right in the city centre next to the cathedral, close to the small and large cathedrals, close to many restaurants, close to the tourist office and shops. The hotel is quiet and peaceful. An old palace that retains its charm. The room was clean and well air-conditioned, not luxurious but with all the comforts. We had a very complete buffet breakfast included (toast, pastries, fruit, a variety of cereals, cold cuts, scrambled eggs, etc.) Everything was delicious! A very pleasant stay»

«A perfect location and wonderful service. The rooms were very comfortable, the breakfast was varied (with gluten-free options) and the service was perfect. We needed to freeze a plate to take some medication and they froze it for us without any problem. If I go back to Ávila I will definitely come back»
